Southampton City Council has a problem with rough sleepers and individuals loitering in stairwells and parking floors in our Multi Storey Car Parks. We would like to procure a regular security service to remove rough sleepers and other loitering members of public between the hours of Midnight and 7AM, Monday to Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
