NHS England (National) Specialised Commissioning (highly specialised services) will be the contracting and commissioning authority for this service, will provide a diagnostic and advice service to adult patients who are referred with suspected PCD, including patients transitioning from paediatric care. Patients entering the service are likely to be:

  1. Paediatric transition patients with a confirmed diagnosis of PCD;
