Quotations are invited for the provision of a county-wide Young Leaders Programme. In 2010 Northamptonshire introduced an innovative Young Leaders programme, where young people aged between 13 and 19 (25 with additional needs) could stand for election to represent the young people in their borough or district. Every young person in these groups has been eligible to vote in elections, and seven young people were elected every two years. We are now seeking quotations for the delivery of an innovative and aspirational programme that will build on the success of 'Young Leaders'. We are particularly interested in proposals that will enable more young people to benefit from the programme.
