description

To restart the Data Governance Board a critical piece of work is needed to refresh the board's terms of reference, establish membership and designate roles and responsibilities. In particular, understanding the leadership needed over data governance and where in the department these roles would sit. We are looking to achieve this through senior stakeholder engagement and workshops. We expect the project to run in three phases, and initial scoping and engagement phase, a forming phase that will deliver workshops to shape membership of the board and ways of working, and finally an information sharing phase with risks and recommendations to improve data governance.
