Request for Market Feedback for draft specification and payment mechanism for primary medical services at Centre Surgery for West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (WL CCG)

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit are conducting a market engagement process to assist with the service specification and financial model development for a GP practice in West Leicestershire (Centre Surgery, Hinckley).

The Commissioners would like to hear from any potential, qualified provider who would be willing to complete and submit the attached form.

The Commissioners would value expert insight that can be given into the delivery of this type of service, and information would be gratefully received. The information you provide may be used by the CCG to determine an appropriate route to secure service provision for this practice, and your details may be used in any rationale for the service specification content and may be suitable for issue in response to any Freedom of Information Requests (FOIs) received.
