The Council requires the Construction of a 2 storey block of 6 flats with cycle and bin stores, formation of vehicular access and parking spaces Paddington Grove, High Howe, Bournemouth.
The former ball park at Paddington Grove has been disused for a number of years. The scheme provides 100% affordable council housing that helps to contribute to the overall delivery of affordable housing in the Borough.
Planning permission was granted in June 2015. The supplier will be expected to start on site no later than May / June 2016 and it is expected the works will be completed within 40 weeks.
