Recruitment, Marketing and Consultancy

Ingeus are seeking proposals from specialist organisations to support delivering its core objectives in relation to recruitment, consultancy, marketing and related operational support, specific to a new contract with DWP.

The organisations will provide support and consultancy that helps Ingeus understand the rationale behind any strategic or tactical recommendations, as well as providing proactive recommendations that help plan for long term growth.

In the short term, the focus will be to help build a picture of the candidates, their respective paths through media channels and media touchpoints in order to ensure that Ingeus is set up for success.

The organisations need to develop an outline proposition that helps Ingeus use media intelligently to target passive candidates, as well as optimising the channel mix for active ones.

Additional information: Part 1 - Partner Network Registration:

The registrations process is 2 stages, please ensure you complete both stages to ensure you proposal can be considered.

Proposals received without a registration on the Partner Network will not be assessed.

Part 2 - Proposal

If you feel your organisation can deliver and meet the above expectations, we are keen to hear from you and invite you to submit a costed proposal by 5pm on 7th June 2024 to partnerships@ingeus.co.uk

Proposals should be clear to include details of the functionality of the software.

Your completed proposal will be assessed, with shortlisted organisations then being approached to discuss your submission and delivery proposal in further detail by a member of the Ingeus UK team.

We aim to finalise the selection process by the 14th June 2024 but reserve the right to conclude the process sooner if a suitable proposal is approved.
