C-011366 - Water Hygiene Services to include monitoring, risk assessments and remedial works

Newcastle City Council (NCC) and Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) are seeking to appoint partners to provide water hygiene services to NCC public buildings and YHN properties in accordance with 'The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems' L8 Approved Code of Practice 2013 and HSG274 Parts 2&3: The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems and other systems or the latest legislation and regulations set down in law for the duration of this framework contract.

The Contract period is for 24 months subject to performance with a further 2 x 12 month options to extend, again subject to performance.
