description

Overheating in buildings has been highlighted as a key risk for the health and productivity of people and businesses in the UK. At present there is no formal Government or industry wide guidance on how to identify the risk of overheating or how to apply effective preventative measures. The supplier will use the existing methodology used in Phases 1 and 2 of the research into overheating in new homes to quantify the full benefits of overheating mitigation in homes.
