description

A range of projects aimed at supporting the delivery of DfT's Evaluation Programme will be commissioned through this framework. This framework is expected to be broken down into two lots. The first lot (Evaluation Support for Current Programmes) is aimed at providing evaluation support for current programmes. This includes evaluation scoping, design and planning; impact and process evaluation of current policies and interventions; peer review of evaluation plans and outputs; and capability building activities and guidance development. The second lot (Retrospective Evaluation) is aimed at undertaking evidence reviews and quantitative evaluation of transport policies and interventions from the last 20 years, in order to gather evidence of their medium- and long-term impacts. Each of the projects to be delivered in either lot requires a multidisciplinary team of evaluation experts, economists and transport modellers, among other analytical expertise
