Financial Information & Advice Services

The Council is seeking providers who are able to provide citizens who have a need for care & support with information and advice, including access to independent financial advice. This would for the Council be a signposting to appropriate services and or referral. This will ensure that the duty of care to the population of Nottinghamshire is delivered and therefore protects both users of these services and the reputation of Nottingham County Council.

The Council is to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass independent views to support and shape the specification.

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to consult on the Financial Information & Advice Services via obtaining written feedback on the questions provided in the Approach document

Information and opinions on how the services may be delivered in the future can be provided via the Soft Market Testing Approach document (attached within the e-tendering portal). Please return these forms by 18th December 2014.

Nottinghamhire County Council is the sole participant for this prospective procurement process

Neither the intention nor the purposes of this soft market testing exercise is to confer any advantage upon its participants in any future procurement process.
