Coleg Cambria wish to employ a Design Team with suitable skills and services to deliver an Animal Skills Centre / educational teaching building to deliver both practical and theory based teaching sessions for students attending the College.It is anticipated that the building will be approximately 1300m2 over a single floor, comprising but not limited to the following: - • Up to 8no. workshop teaching spaces • Designated changing and locker facilities • WC’s • Staff facilities to include offices • Circulation space • Storage • Plant rooms.
