Works are to be undertaken for Phase 2 of the demobolisation works for the CVL compounds decommissioning. Phase 3 of these works is included as an option.Compound locations for both phases are detailed in the IIT pack.The indicative scope for each compound includes but is not limited to:Removal and disposal of heras fencingRemoval and disposal of temporary granular stone roads and hard standingsRemoval and disposal / transfer to storage of legato blocksRemoval and disposal of troughing protectionRemoval and disposal of scrap rail products (e.g. sleepers)Light de-vegetationRemoval and disposal of general site detritusReinstatement of surfaces (including but not limited to tarmac and concrete)NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Responding to the tender- Click 'my response' under 'ITT details' and you can choose to 'create response' or to 'decline to respond' (please give a reason if declining)- You can now use the 'messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification- Note the deadline for completion and then follow the on screen instructions to complete the tender responseN/B: (All bidders must ensure they are registered on the Central Digital Platform and have received the Unique ID) and also ensure they are registered on www.Sell2Wales.co.uk(WA Ref:155166)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:ITT Volume 4 Terms and Conditions outlines a potential requirement for the Contractor to populate the Community Benefits Measurement Tool and report monthly.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
