Bouygues UK is delivering the new Barry Waterfront Campus (BWC) for Cardiff and Vale College as part of a 119 million GBP development under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM). Situated in Barry’s Waterfront Innovation Quarter, the 5,980m² campus will serve around 900 full and part-time students. It will offer courses in hospitality, hair & beauty, care, creative arts, and business, with public-facing training facilities including a restaurant and salon.
