You are invited to tender for the provision of Services for the Project below which is a Secondary School in the City of Bangor in Gwynedd North Wales.Landscape Architect services in line with BREEAM Excellent requirementsThe project involves the design and construction of a new school buildings to replace existing facilities which are not deemed suitable for providing education in the 21C. These include but are not limited to a new hall/sports hall together with changing facilities, new technology classrooms, relocation of the refectory, and the provision of other classrooms (yet to be identified). This will involve the demolition of the later extensions to the original School and adjacent 1980’s blocks.
