Rhaid i ddyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno ar y Ffurflen Ymateb Cyflenwyr yn Atodiad 1, ar ffurf Word (oni nodir yn wahanol), rhaid ei llenwi a’i llofnodi’n briodol (caniateir llofnodion digidol a ddiogelir gan gyfrinair).Dylai dyfynbrisiau gael eu cyflwyno drwy GwerthwchiGymru erbyn 12pm ar 12 Chwefror 2025 fan bellaf. Bydd dyfynbrisiau a gyflwynir ar ôl y dyddiad cau hwn yn anghymwys.Gall tendrau gael eu cyflwyno yn Gymraeg.
