INSTALLATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES TO Nantymoel Boys & Girls club , Bridgend

Severn Wye Energy Agency is looking to partner with a Tier 1 contractor to provide a fully managed Tier 1 service for the installation of energy efficiency measures to Nantymoel Boys & Girls club, The Memorial Hall Waunwen Tce, Nantymoel Bridgend, CF32 7ND known locally as the MEM.The working relationship with Severn Wye will represent a non-legal partnership. This involves working together as a team, affording two-way respect and assistance to ensure the success of the project. Accordingly, we are looking for a partner that shares our values, as this Client facing service will require representing Severn Wye and promoting Severn Wye’s operating culture.The energy efficiency measures comprise the following:1. Fabric first approach to improve the energy efficiency of the building structure.2. Energy reduction measures such as energy efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems.3. Renewable installations such as solar arrays and battery systemsThe total Capital funding £102,106 (inclusive of VAT) which is to be specifically allocated towards the Smart Local Energy System (SLES) project. In partnership with funders Bridgend County Council Ynni Cymru Fund grant.
