Coleg Sir Gar, Coleg Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire College (hereinafter referred to as “the Colleges,”) wish to appoint a contractor with expertise in preparing detailed and comprehensive fire risk assessments of its Estates and Facilities in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and subsequent amendments of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations) as well as any other relevant legislation.The contractor will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments across all buildings and campuses, providing detailed significant findings for the Colleges to review and address effectively.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146879.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
