Submissions must be made via Sell2Wales only before the deadline.-------------------The Welsh Government Food Division and FGC share a commitment to supporting public bodies across Wales to increase access to affordable, healthy and sustainable diets. The Welsh Government has outlined its food policy framework, aligned to the Well-being of Future Generations Act, through its Food Matters document. The FGC has committed in its Cymru Can strategy both to support public bodies with advice on food policy development and support the integration of food into the well-being duties of public bodies in Wales, under the WFGA.The aim of the assignment is developing guidance for public bodies subject to the WFGA. Some areas of policy guidance will be relevant to all public bodies subject to the WFGA, for example on food procurement and food provision for employees – however the main focus of this assignment will be developing guidance for Local Authorities, Corporate Joint Committees, Health Boards and National Park Authorities.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146757.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
