The tender consists of two Lots: Skills 24 Evaluation (Lot 1) and Multiply Evaluation (Lot 2). Bidders can submit proposals for one or both Lots, with an emphasis on outlining efficiencies or cost savings for bidding on both.The Colleges may award the Lots separately or together, based on merit.
