Careers Wales is a public sector organisation with over 600 staff located across 40 offices and centres throughout Wales providing impartial and bilingual careers information, advice, and guidance services to people of all ages in Wales.Careers Wales recognises the importance of learning and development for its employees and is committed to providing a range of learning opportunities and resources to support their professional growth and performance. Careers Wales currently uses a Learning Management System (LMS), which hosts and delivers eLearning courses, webinars, and other learning activities for its staff. However, the current LMS is outdated, inflexible, and not integrated with other systems and platforms used by Careers Wales, such as Office 365, Dynamics, and Azure Active Directory. Therefore, Careers Wales is seeking to procure and implement a new LMS that is more modern, user-friendly, and integrated, and that meets the organisation's learning and development needs. The new LMS should also support multilingual functionality, allowing users to access the system and the learning content in both English and Welsh languages.Contract value: £100,000 approximately, over a 3 year period, with a 1 year extension.1.
