Pobl Group are looking to work with a research agency who has previous experience of working with our customer groups including those living in social housing, those living in care facilities and students.The Groups stock profile covers the following counties in respect to this tender:Pobl Group are looking for a research agency partner to support us with a large-scale piece of research.The research will need to be accessible to all of our customers where we have a responsibility for their home. This includes general needs, supported living, those in care homes and student accommodation.The research will need to gauge the views of customers on a range of new measures brought in under the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS23).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
