The Residual Waste Collection Services, contract is due for renewal which CWM Environmental Ltd will arrange to engage (through a competitive tender process) with a recycling processor for a new 36 month contract. This contract may be extended for 12 months then an additional 12 months.For the avoidance of doubt the absolute total contract period will be for no more than 60 months.
