Repairs and Maintenance Wrap Around Contract in Lots

Taff Housing Association are seeking to establish a multi supplier multi lot contract for the provision of reactive and minor works to supplement provision by its own Direct Labour Unit (DLU), the provision of out of hours responsive repairs services for responsive repairs including gas, plumbing and electrical works and void and physical adaptation grant works. Taff are looking to appoint suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations (Suppliers) to supply labour and materials to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and maintenance works. All works are to be completed in domestic and hostel properties throughout the City of Cardiff. This standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is being issued in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 ("the Regulations"). The Contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the Procurement Documents.(WA Ref:143373)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives.
