Planned and Reactive cleaning services

We will require reactive services to our sites for, but not limited to, the following:• Flood damage.• Voids clearance including removal of carpets/laminated flooring/ furniture and any other items.• Soiled/stained items.• Any sharps/needles.• Blood and body fluids.• Decontamination and Fogging.• Chemical treatment.• Upholstery cleaning.• Dog/Animal waste.• General waste removal.• Removal of White goods such as fridges and freezers• Removal of large bulky items such as couches or cupboards• Ad hoc removal eg. skips, chemicalsWe will also require planned works at some of our sites - that will entail Carpet cleaning of communal areas including lounges and corridors every 3/4 months that will be scheduled and planned with each site manager.
