This procurement is to evaluate the value and impact of Smart Living’s SBRI competition and use those outputs to investigate and recommend deliverables which will enable the Smart Living programme to renew its public mission to support a more targeted approach to support and develop future smart decarbonisation innovation projects. This will encompass among other things the many lessons learnt through individual projects, return on investment and value achieved, best practice acquired and next steps.
