The aim of this tender contract is to develop material for a blueprint that will promote and enable the growth and flourishing of safe, supported and sustainable Volunteering in Wales between now and 2050.The blueprint will set out a national agenda for a re-imagined future for Volunteering, owned by everyone: a collective vision for the future of Volunteering at the heart of the type of country we want Wales to be.
