Pensarn Civils Contract - 128 Dwellings

CE wishes to select a contractor (“the Contractor”), to carry out civils and groundworks (“the Works”) on the Pensarn site (“the Site”) as described in the Contract Documents. CE is the main contractor for the development of the Site so the Contractor will technically be a subcontractor.
