An independent final evaluation of the mWave Demonstration ERDF project, in line with Welsh European Funding Office requirements for the final evaluation of the project. The contractor will:- Review the mWave Demonstration ERDF Project against the latest version of the revised Business Plan to evaluate the operation and outputs of the project and performance against cross cutting themes- Produce a final evaluation report
