To reduce demand on our helpdesk call volumes for routine enquiries by making it easy for tenants to access services through our site.II. To improve customer satisfaction and trust by providing information and resources they need through the site.III. To promote and improve the reputation of Trivallis, its tenants, homes and neighbourhoods.IV. Link to Trivallis’ current Networx HR System to ensure a seamless experience for job candidates.Please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of South Wales with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity within the region.
