description
West Wales Rivers Trust (WWRT) are working with Natural Resources Wales (NRW) to deliver a series of fish passage and river habitat improvements within the West Wales catchment, under the Fisheries Habitat Improvement project. WWRT have identified a weirs on the Afon Loughor as a structure that is posing a barrier to the movement of small fish species, as well as impounding the watercourse and preventing natural geomorphological and hydrological processes.WWRT seek a suitably experienced contractor to carry out the partial removal of this structure.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=134287.
