Lighthouse Homeless Hub

Refurbishment and alterations to Holyhead Enterprise Centre into the new Lighthouse Homeless Hub, along with the upgrading of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical installations to provide significant improvements in energy efficiency and maximising the EPC Rating. As well as a general internal refurbishment, alterations are needed to provide spaces suitable for purpose. The building fabric will be upgraded thermally by introduction of measures such as roof insulation, window / glazing replacement and external wall insulation.Adaptation and refurbishment of existing building and associated external work:Conversion of one wing of the building to form the new Homeless Hub.Refurbishment and alterations to the entrance and remaining wing which will be the new administration / office accommodation.Measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building, to include external wall insulation, replacement of windows and external doors, insulating at ceiling level.Installation of solar photo voltaic system.Minor external works include local alterations at new door positions, a new bin compound, provision of EV charging
