Provide advisory and operational research capacity as required by an independent lead to successfully deliver a review of the future direction, and roles and responsibilities of partners, and to further develop collaborative school improvement arrangements. This will involve undertaking and facilitating engagement across the education system, drawing together findings, insights, and evidence, and supporting research. This will include the features of the current system, identifying what works well and less well, and how improvements might be made.
