An Invitation to Quote Document (ITQ) was prepared on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, in order to establish a contract for the evaluation of the Second Homes and Affordability Pilot under the CCS Research & Insights agreement (RM6126). We are aiming to award a 42-month contract with an estimated contract value range of between £243,000 to £262,000 (exc. VAT). The primary aim of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the trialled interventions in meeting their respective aims and objectives.The successful bidder agreed to the CCS Contract Terms for Research & Insights Dynamic Purchasing System RM6126 as well as the contract specific terms detailed within the specification.
