Llandudno Junction - Staff Facilities Refurbishment

Transport for Wales (TfW) exists to drive forward the Welsh Government’s vision of a high quality, safe, integrated, affordable, and accessible transport network that the people of Wales are proud of.A major element of this vision, TfW is investing in a transformational programme of station projects across the Wales and Borders network.Within the Station Programme there are commitments to improve staff facilities at stations. One priority is focusing on Llandudno Junction Station where the current facilities for staff are unsuitable and do not reflect the working environment that we would expect to provide our employees.The current staff accommodation is located within Llandudno Junction railway station, a single storey brick building. The staff accommodation comprises of a booking on point, mess room/kitchen, locker room, quiet room, ticket office, W/C’s, station managers office and kitchen, printer room, conductor managers office & driver managers office with kitchen.TfW require a Contractor to complete an internal building refurbishment of rooms identified at Llandudno Junction station
