Criterion Quay Flow Development Physical Ground Investigation

Our current framework consultant will produce a Ground Investigation scope of work. This will be the basis of the work to be undertaken following a tender process. This will include drilling of boreholes over the existing land area and over the intertidal and subtidal areas to be covered by the marine works (including dredging). This will include drilling for and recovering sediment and rock samples as well as recovering samples for contaminant testing. It is inevitable that a jack up barge will be required for some or all of the marine boreholes.This will include land based boreholes, trial pits and geophysical surveys. Overwater surveys will include boreholes in a range of water depths.This work will also require the recovery of sediment samples for the environmental assessment.
