Advertising to Residents of Caerphilly CBC for Adult learning

The Council has the requirement of commissioning an advertising opportunity for the creation and distribution of one / several digital audio adverts to be delivered bilingual in English and Welsh, including script creation and distribution, targeting residents of Caerphilly County Borough in regard to Adult Community Learning Service. The Council has received funding from the Welsh Government and the purpose of this funding is to enable the Council Adult Learning providers to re-engage with adult learners impacted as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.The maximum budget for this requirement is £20,000.00 ex VAT.Expressions of interest are being sought from suitable providers in the market who can deliver the advertising requirement.Suitable providers must express an interest to the Council by completing and returning the attached document to this notice.
