Swansea Council is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver services for the provision of substance use support for young people in Swansea.The Service will be based in Swansea Youth Justice Service to work with young people between the ages of 10 and 17 (to the end of their order if they go past 18)The purpose of the Service is:To provide comprehensive specialist assessments and deliver intervention programmes to engage, support and advise young people with substance use issuesProvide support and training to other members of the Youth Justice Service teamImprove the health and wellbeing of young people by reducing drug and alcohol use.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
