Public Right of Way Management System

A management system is required to simplify and improve the task of the maintaining the Public Rights of Way (PRoW) network and The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (CROW Act) access land with in Snowdonia National Park Authority (SNPA).The new system must facilitate:• The management, recording and retrieval of information (mapped and documentary) on PRoW and CROW access land.• The monitoring of PRoW and CROW access land furniture condition, surface maintenance works and future network inspections.• SNPA Promoted path management.• Diary links for time-critical events and deadlines• The retrieval and analysis of information to produce statistical and management reports• Centralised management of PRoW information and live access by externally based staff• Public access to PRoW information and problem reporting• An integrated mobile Rights of Way field survey application for use on standard smart phones or tablets.• The integration, display, and interrogation of local highway authority PRoW data• A bilingual (Welsh / English) systemNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=129360.
