LHC is currently planning a procurement of a fire safety framework which will encompass a range of measures to ensure the safety and compliance of public sector buildings. The exact scope of the framework may be subject to change following the pre-tender market engagement carried out by LHC but services that are currently envisaged to be included within this future framework are as follows:

• Fire Safety Consultancy
• Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Inspections
• Installation of Passive Fire Protection
• Installation of Active Fire Protection
• Active Fire Protection Testing, Servicing and Maintenance
• Installation of Fire Suppression Systems
• Fire Suppression Systems Servicing and Maintenance
• Cladding Remedials and Replacement
• Waking Watch Services
