Social Inclusion services are to support those who are experienced Mental ill Health and who are prone to poor mental health concerns, loneliness, isolation, and poor self-esteem. Social inclusion enables a more positive and healthier human experience.
Providing a service which supports the needs of those at the risk of a social/emotional crisis
Act as a conduit to identify, broker, and signpost individuals to other help and support agencies as needed
