Review of Qualifications Wales approach to inclusion and diversity and the provision of training

Qualifications Wales wishes to award a contract for the provision of consultancy to conduct a review of our approach to inclusion and diversity and for the provision of a training programme for employees and Board members, building on the review findings.We wish to award a contract to a provider who can work with us to consider how well we are building an inclusive culture and identify any areas for improvement. We are particularly keen to understand what impact, if any, working remotely has had on our culture, and how we are perceived by new starters, and (if possible) by employees who identify themselves as having a protected characteristic.We want to provide employees with training sessions that are meaningful to them and support our overall objectives. We would like the provider to develop or adapt training material after completing the review and having built a good understanding of our organisation.We want the provider to consider the PSED in Wales and also the recent Anti-Racist Wales Action plan when undertaking the review and proposing the content for the training.
