Communal Internal Painting Programme

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the internal and part external decoration of communal areas in 43 communal blocks and 1 sheltered complex to meet RNIB gold standards.The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.Trivallis have appointed Crown Paints to complete the specifications for the contract and all works undertaken by the appointed Contractor are to be completed in line with these specifications.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.Please note that this tender opportunity is subject to a section 20 leaseholder process. This has been accounted for in between the tender deadline submission date and the indicative award date.
