Newydd Maintenance Limited have identified 64 properties that require full roof replacements (including scaffolding, fascia, soffits & RWG). The 64 Properties are spilt between ‘The Valleys’ & ‘The Vale of Glamorgan.’ The works are part of a 2-year optimised retrofit programme.
