description
As part of the Caru Cymru project, Keep Wales Tidy is developing a national campaign to tackle fly-tipping.The aim is work with tenants of social housing (particularly areas which have communal bin stores such as flats and high density housing) and student tenants of HMO’s around universities to identify hotspots and develop messaging and interventions targeting tenants. To date, there has been limited research into waste management in Welsh HMOs, particularly from the perspective of tenants.Using robust and in-depth research techniques, we want to gather insights into the factors informing waste management behaviours. We also want to gain a better understanding of the demographics of university and social housing tenants in Wales.
