- Flintshire County Council (FCC) currently has approximately 7,250 council owned homes for which it rents to customers as a Social Landlord/Registered Provider RP).• There is a mix of homes, archetypes and tenures including Sheltered, Supported and general needs.• As part of the Welsh Government’s requirements under the Welsh Quality Housing Standards (WHQS), a full STAR survey is to be conducted by RPs to gauge Customer opinion and other standard information.• The last survey was undertaken on 2015 and, therefore, this is now needed to satisfy Welsh Government requirementsAims and Objectives of the Project• The main aim of the project is to procure and appoint a suitable provider to carry out this work as soon as possible; to ensure FCC meets it’s regulatory obligations.• The winning tenderer will be expected to meet the project brief and deliver the STAR survey to FCC tenants along with providing an excellent service to the council
