Replacement Flatwork Ironer Line (Feeder, Ironer and Folder/Stacker System)

NHS Grampian is seeking to procure a complete turnkey replacement flatwork ironer line for its laundry operations. The requirement includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, warranty support and handover of a new feeder unit, ironer and folder/stacker system, together with all associated controls, ancillary equipment, documentation and support services.

The successful Contractor shall provide a complete operational solution, including all labour, plant, materials, transport, supervision, commissioning activities, training and documentation necessary to deliver a fully operational system. Works shall include removal and disposal of existing equipment where specified, mechanical, electrical, steam, pneumatic and control connections, integration with existing systems where required, testing, commissioning and site acceptance activities.
