Argyll and Bute Council wish to contract with an external party to deliver distinctive, place-based public artwork, and a wayfinding experience that captures Tarbert’s identity as a working fishing village, while inviting reflection on its past, present, and future.
This project will:
- Highlight stories of the fishing community
- Improve wayfinding through creative and accessible design
- Create a high-quality mural and associated interpretive elements that visually enhance the village
We are seeking a facilitator/team who can commit to a 3 year project.
