Moray Council intends to procure consultancy support for the design phase of the Moray Routes – Smart and Informed Destinations Project, funded through VisitScotland's Rural Tourism Infrastructure Fund (RTIF). The commission will support the development of visitor information, interpretation, digital infrastructure and visitor monitoring improvements across the Moray Routes network, including site assessments at approximately 27 locations. The opportunity is expected to be procured through the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) Quick Quote facility. Interested suppliers are invited to express interest ahead of publication.
