East Renfrewshire Council on behalf of the Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has now awarded to a suitably qualified provider for the provision of a care costing and brokerage system.
East Renfrewshire's HSCP require a digital tool to support their commissioning and care management processes that is person centred, outcome focused and offers cost effective care oversight and management.
The Care Costing Model is a digital tool that provides a cost of care analysis and breakdown that is outcome focused, place based and reflective of current market costs. The system also includes an integrated brokerage tool.
